    New Bag

My DGD wants me to make bags for her gifts to her bridesmaids and the pattern instructions are a bit confusing, so I made a smaller version for myself to try out the pattern. It actually is cuter made up than the pattern looks, and not difficult to make at all. One of those times when you just do it step-by-step it's no problem. Hope you like it. Name: My Bag.jpg

It is really cute, especially with the pillow ticking fabric. Is that the fabric you are using for the bridesmaid gifts?

really sweet and I love ticking. Is this the real thing? I can't tell from the pic. There is a cotton print ticking on the market but for totes the weight of real ticking can't be beat. Are you old enough to remember pillows and matresses
    covered with ticking. Loved them.

How sweet! Lucky for you that you have to "try" out the pattern first. LOL!
