I love crumb blocks and have not seen this circle option b4 ... wow, I love it and the applique adds a perfect touch, giving it more 'class'!

Moosegirl the quilt is beautiful!

I've been thinking of making these round crumb blocks ever since you posted the first photo.

Gonna have to jump in and do it.

I don't remember if you posted how you constructed the circle ... was it using Dale Fleming's technique of making circle blocks? I've done circles that way b4 but not sure if it would be more challenging with the crumb blocks on the back.

thanks for sharing, I really am in awe of your quilt.

Absolutely stunning! Wouldn't that dragonfly just "pop" if it was quilted with a shimmery thread? Beautiful work!
