Wow! 8' tall - I'd need step ladders to use all of that - I have a 6' high design wall and being less than 5' tall with restricted shoulder movement my kick stool gets plenty of use.
You will love all that space. Mine was the biggest boon to my quilting efforts. It is so motivational to see what you have done and have yet to do all stuck up there on the board. Great for you.
