I've started #2 but now Ms Janome decided to act up so it's on hold till I can get her to the doctor (the top thread keeps grabbing on something, maybe the thread cutter) in the mean time I'm quilting the purple one, it wasn't as bubbled in the middle as I thought.

Run some dental floss through your thread path on the janome. It may have a piece of thread caught in it. Then change the needle and you may be able to avoid the trip to the doctor!

the thread is catching down behind the bobbin where the auto thread cutter is, would floos help for that? I took it apart as much as I dare and cleaned real good but it didn't help

I once thought I had a problem with thread catching on the thread cutter on my 6500. It turned out that I needed to rethread the top thread. If you use dental floss be sure to get the unwaxed floss.

I love the quilt on the frame so pretty. And your quilting is beautiful. I hope it is nothing serious with your sewing machine. Your quilt you are working on is wonderful.

    Beautiful quilts.

Try a heavier thread and run it through. The dental floss sounds good too.
