It was one of those Christmas gifts with the family name imprinted on the bottom that you just didn't know what to do with, stashed away with some other oldies, that I decided to give a new life to. This one is for a charity someone will purchase for their GD or enjoy for a sewing room. I will cut up the rest of the 'printed numbers' of the calendar to go in a scrap quilt sometime.

Here it is my vintage calendar 'before and after' pics turned into a mini! :D

Great idea, I have sequined calendars and this would work great. Thangs for the idea!!! I love your Raggedy Ann and Andy. :thumbup:

Great idea ... I think I would have put the calendar part on the back. Maybe even with a note about the family origins.

Thanks everybody!! Thank you, QuiltE, for that great idea of the calendar on the back! I loved the rust calico I chose for the back to coordinate color scheme with the front. I thought of using the 'hearts and arrows with the year' at the bottom to use as mini holder for the top! It would've been the right touch! But anyway, here's a pic of the back:
