Thanks to all of you for your comments on other posts. I signed in to live chat but haven't figured out how to make a comment. Anyhow quilt shop started a pass around stash. You fill a shoe box with 1 yd background material and at least 6 FQ plus more if you have. She had 12 participants. Each month you make a block and pass the box on to someone else. You make 11 blocks and the last one is your own box back total 12. Thought I would try a new pattern. Will make a different block for all 12. What do you think?

I really like the block...also nice choice of colors. Is the name of the block "angelplay" if not what is the name of the block? Thx.

The book is STUNNING ANGLEPLAY by Margaret J Miller. The actual pattern is Neatly Folded. There are 62 block patterns in book. the first box I got was of Batiks with the exception of the cream background material. Each box will be totally different materials.

What a neat idea! Keep us posted with each of the blocks you make and then show us your blocks when you get your box back.

I really like the block you made with the batiks.

Wonderful block. This swap you are in sounds like fun. Keep us posted. Will love to see all the blocks you make and the blocks you get back at the end.
