thanks again everyone. I'm really anxious to get it all together and will post a completed pic.

Can't sew today anyway the sun is out....better take advantage of it while I can. :D

Sorry, didn't mean to be confusing. I was just thinking the center row should have the stars next to the center block instead of on the outside of the quilt...does that make sense?

I see what Klue means - I guess I have a bit of OCD too

i would have all four of the large white (lighter) stars either close to the center or close to the outside of the quilt - then it seems to have a more rotating effect to me

but this is all personal preferemce

    Looks nice as is, though

also try having all the red medium sized squares go in the same diagonal

also, take pictures of the various layouts (if you haven't already done so) and then you can compare - sometimes it's a lot easier to spot something on a photo

I was trying to go by the picture in the directions. Unfortunately the real life picture of the quilt is draped over a chair. I'm attaching pics of the directions and real life pic. Hope you see these ok.

Thanx for including the pattern. It's sure a pretty quilt.

Very pretty and I'm sure whichever way you decide to sew it together will look awesome :)
