I, too, like #3 best even though all three are nice. If you made it like #3, you could use the other colors for a border.

I like #3 best because the green brings to mind a deep forest for the moose then #2 and last #1. I like them all but three is peaceful for the moose!

I think in order to show your moose at their best lol you should go with #3. Good luck - Im sure it will turn out wonderful no matter what you go with.
