Welcome! From NE PA- a little bit further North than you- Lehman. Have you tried 118 Fabrics and More and there's a shop in Nescopeck and 1 in Bloomsburg. Tunkhannock is awesome if you like to come further North.

    Enjoy the site!

They are machine embroidered. Lucky you, living in Reading ! Fairly close to Kutztown-"Wooden Bridge" & also to all the great shops in the Lancaster area.

I live in Scranton, PA. Also, in my travels came across a neat shop in Sweet Valley.

Sweet Valley is probably 118 Fabrics and More. I live about 20 min. from Tunkhannock and 10 min. from Jill at 118.

What kind of embroidery machine did you use? I'm looking to buy a low end starter machine, I already have a great machine for sewing and quilting, but would like to dabble a little in embroidery.

I'm from Wilkes-Barre area, we should all try to get together sometime and form a small quilting group or guild.....does anyone know of a local group?
