Very nice! If you have a good eye for color and definition, your on your way. I've seen quilts with excellent technique that were just plain ugly. Now, about that 1/4' rule? I read lots of places about a scant 1/4", and on this my first quilt, I know I have lots of fans of differing sizes because of shifting from scant, to on the mark, to generous 1/4" seams! Hence my decision not to make blocks, but applique them to one large piece of fabric. Can you refer me to a section of the board that has talked about how to maintain the right size of stitch. My machine only has a marking for 3/8". Thanks

I think what you've done is really great! Keep going, loved the colors you used in the pillows!

When I look at someone else's work, I look at it to see if I enjoy looking at it. I never look at it to see if they got all of their points right. I don't know how your points turned out but I do know I enjoyed looking at your projects. Thank you for sharing them. You did a great job.

Your first projects look as if you've been quilting for a long time.

They all look beautiful to me. You should see my first attempts -- I won't even let my best friends see them (LOL).
