A new technique for me
#72
I checked the web and found http://park19.wakwak.com/~noriko/
Do not know if it is the same technique used on the dog, but this woman's quilts are specular.

Oh my gosh, I am overwhelmed by your compliments and all the emails. I would be happy to share how I did this but I need some info on how ethical it would be since I learned this technique in a class. Do you think if I give the teacher credit that is enough or if I just give basic info? I would love to give a tut on this but don't want to step on anyone's toes - I would love some advice! Believe me, you could all do this. Noriko Endo is a wonderful artist and gets much of her detail from painting with thread. Believe me, I am no artist! I may be crafty but by no means am I artistic, that is why this is so much fun and non-stressful. So--give me some advice on how to approach this and I'd love to help you out.
