    Default Picnic quilt from a tablecloth

    I'm pretty sure my mother gave me this tablecloth years ago. I'm not a tablecloth user, but it went on a table in my classroom now and then. But I love it so much--because of the barns. So--I decided to make it bigger--added borders--then made a back from old jeans I've been saving. My d-i-l has been cutting them all up in her spare time (ha!) for a ragged denim some day. We got distracted making bibs for the grand girls with it, but they came in handy here. I tacked it in every block.
