It is a beautiful quilt and your quilting enhances the fabric and quilt pattern.

This is such a beautiful quilt - I love the soft colors and the design work is a perfect match for the fabrics. Good luck with the quilting and PLEASE post photos of the finished quilt.

Eve after you point it out, I can't tell that it's different fabric, so great job matching! Your quilt is beautiful. What kind of batting do you use? Im partial to warm and natural but your quilting looks more noticeable than mine, with a little fluff, which I like, so thinking about trying a different loft. Please post pics of what you decide for the scallops, would love to see it.

It's Warm & Natural batting. I guess it looks more pronounced in the picture from an angle. I too am thinking that I want more loft normally. I've read on a longarm site that many use two layers, a thin layer like W&N or wool and another of Hobbs 80/20. I think it would give it a flatness on the bottom layer and some loft on the top for the quilting definition.

The next quilt to get on the frame is the one in my avatar picture and I will try that.
