Recently I had my 1600 on the tailgate of DH truck. I was sewing his boat strap.

Any where that you can get power and not too much wind is fair game for sewing in my book! LOL

They're all so cute. That's going to be an adorable quilt. How nice to create outside in the great outdoors! So peaceful.

Dosent it make your heart sing to see young people take and interest in something you love? I have been working with my 11yr. granddaughter long distance to get her interested in sewing, quilting, and any thing to do with sewing. Some times she seems so excited and then the next time it just soso.

My sentiments exactly, I have had thought of moving my sewing cabinet to my deck, I am going to move my sewing supplies to my deck storage room. Have you guessed that I live in an apartment.

Well I live on a lake, so quilting on my porch would be really terrific....especially at this time of year with the cooler fall days. I am definitely headed outside tomorrow.

I was thinking the other day that I needed to set up outside. I'm glad I'm not the only one. =) My family thinks I'm weird.
