The gold stars make the blocks look like Christmas packages. Looks great!

I really like the way you used the panel. It makes a lovely quilt that is sure to be enjoyed for many years. I like the way you set it together. You do encourage the rest of us to use panels in a different way.

Wonderful Christmas quilt...the setting pattern is perfect for you panel pieces and great choice on the cream stars. I hope you will post another photo after it has been quilted.

Adorable! I need it! Our family tradition is, on Christmas Eve we gather in a circle and everyone has a wrapped gift (something dorky and cheap). Papa reads "'Twas the night before Christmas" and every time he says THE we pass the gifts. Everyone is usually happy with their gift, trades are known to happen.

We have always read The night before Christmas and Frosty the snowman, both have such awesome memories for me and my kids. Thank you.

Thank you, I love panels, but have never worked with a book panel before but these two were very special to me and didn't want a book, so I just call them my story book quilts.
