I would back, quilt and bind it. Then it will be ready to go wherever you decide to send it. I find unfinished tops all the time because someone laid them aside to finish later, or whatever the reason. I can only hope to live long enough to get them all quilted!!

Like, like, like it. Great job and I love those blocks. I have several tops I need to put backings on quilt, but just haven't done it. I really wish as soon as I finished tops, I would have gone ahead and put backing on and quilted. Now, I just have unfinished tops and if anything happens to me, don't know what will happen to them, and I have invested too much time and money on them.

I cut mine out a little differently than the one posted, and think mine was a little easier. Since each block only needs 2 HSTs, it was easy to use the standard method using 2 squares. If I were making all the "leaves" the same color, I would use the 8-at-a-time method.
