You are being way to critical of your work! I love this quilt just the way you have it. :)

I just learned at at Quilt bee that there is a tool to line up your needle with to make sure it is not off. Just a pinch makes a big difference. I ordered one from her. My 1/4" foot is off just enough to make a difference in points lining up. Hope this helps. Beautiful quilt by the way.

Kas, today is not the day for me to look at triangles. I'm working on a quilt that has about a million triangles and squares to match up and I'm ready to throw the whole thing off the nearest cliff! (Too bad I'm in Ohio). I may never make another quilt with all that again!! GRRRR I feel your pain honey!!
I still think your quilt is cute though!! :D

Enjoy the process. Your 5 year old will love and cuddle with it. Isn't that what is important, not the quilt police?
I will pick out things that don't match until I drive myself crazy. I have learned if it is not being made as a custom quilt, I mellow out and just enjoy the quilting.
