Smile Not only bags

So you see that besides bags I can also do other patchwork 😁 I just finished the Madagaskar quilt for a little boy at church and the other one was a UFO who’s been waiting patiently for my attention for nearly 3 years 😟 A few more are waiting in the cupboard but as long as I don’t open the door and light gets in, they seem to stay dormant .... and I can’t hear them screaming for my attention 😂😂😂
And still another bag on which I folded the corners outwards and added a button for a little extra touch 😉 just thought an idea to share !!!
Thanks for looking and have a blessed weekend ♥️♥️♥️

Congrats on getting a ufo done. I know the child at church will be thrilled with his quilt. I enjoy making children quilts as well. They don't care about the piecing, but love the theme and the cuddle factor. You did a great job with both.
Thank you for sharing your folded corner idea on your tote bag. I have not seen that done before. I have a ton of buttons and this would be a fun way to use them up!

Yes, I do know about those screaming UFO's in the closet! Glad one saw the light of day. I agree with Nancy...the fold out bottom of the bag with the button is a really nice idea.

Yeah!! A UFO done and very nice quilts. Sometimes we do get time to finish some things-it just takes a little longer than others think it should.

Nice touch on the bag. Never would have thought to do that. Faster than sewing the triangle on the inside I would imagine. Will have to try that on my charity bags we do for our quilt guild.
