    Default Not quite a quilt

The picture is of a small (14" x 18 1/2") wall hanging I recently made. Pattern is by Laundry Basket Quilts. The butterflies are made from batiks and were appliqued on with a blanket stitch. Fun to make.

Oh, that is beautiful. I love butterflies & the batiks just made the butterflies even lovelier. It will look so sweet hanging up on a wall in your home.

It looks like it's quilted & bound so it is a quilt.
    very nice
if you visit the quilt museum in Paducah, Ky you will see a large display of miniature quilts. Just because it's small doesn't mean it's not a quilt.
Great job on this one. I love Edita's patterns. Your butterflies are beautiful.
