    Not your Grandmother's Tumbling blocks

Just finished this one, we worked on it at a workshop with my LSG.

Oh, I hope the quilt police don't see this, I hand quilted the center in ivory and the outside in navy!

Very nice to see it in "adult" fabrics! I always loved this pattern, though haven't tried it yet. I love your fabrics!

The color scheme is dramatic and beautiful! Nice work.

Don't worry about the quilt cops -- they're probably still recovering from my "scrappy tumbling blocks" posting! They'll love your nice, organized quilt! (I used the same tumbling blocks method you did.)

Love this quilt. You did a great job with the colors and don't worry about the quilt police - they are permantly stationed outside of my house!

Ignore the quilt police. They have no say in your art. And this quilt is art.

Lovely quilt, I too like it in the "adult" look...usually see it for kids. Phooey on the quilt police, they gave up on me long ago...my quilts, my way....that's my motto!!!!

Your color choices are great. It is a very eye catching quilt. Don't worry about the quilt police. "Rules" are made to be broken.
