I call this Happy Days as it makes me smile it is so bright and cheerful. I used 8 panels to make this. I used mirrors to fussy cut the pieces (you can see my freezer paper templates so I could plan it out). The long arm quilter did a fantastic job, each octagon is different.

that's really cool. Glad you showed the before fabric. It's always neat to see how it started out.

cool, never saw that pattern before.
Beautifully done! yeah on the quilter... that takes time and energy and it was well worth it.

How big is the quilt?

The quilt is 60 by 80. 45 degree template is 6 1/2 inches finished
