    obw...done a little different

    I came across the obw tutorial and fell in love. I wanted to make a quilt for my neighbor and thank him for all his help in acquiring some great vintage machines.

    I planned to do the full quilt but didn't have enough fabric but someone else (thank you for the inspiration) had posted pics of their obw done in a similar way.

    The white would of been a great place to show off some great quilting but I don't have the experience yet, in time.

    This is Laura's husband and she is not aware that I am doing this post but this quilt was just 1 of her's and she really puts her heart into all of them. But most of all thank you all for the very nice reply and comments it really mean's the world to Laura this forum is a great site and very positive.     Unique use of limited fabric. I love how it's showcased against the white background. I'm sure your neighbor will love it. Thanks for sharing.
