OBW =one block wonder Tip Toe refers to a thread that Cutebuns started to teach how to do a one block wonder.

I am not on my computer or I would draw on your picture and repost. Which someone may do anyway. But I can talk you through. At the one cut edge, look at a distinctive flower. And along the endge find the same flower. That is a repeat. Now if there isn't six down the length. You can look sideways. A lot of time they are staggered somewhat.

I found the repeat lengthwise but only have 2 that I can see. I can wait until you have time and a computer to draw the lines. Is late and I'm too tired to start tonight anyway.

This is great fabric for a OBW, I think mine is the same and worked perfectly! I'll have to check.

OK, here is your fabric with three repeats marked. There may be more, but I can't see the end of the fabric. It looks like the repeat is about 24 inches. You need six repeats for an OBW. With 4 you can do a 4 Patch Posies. I think Cutebuns may cut some of her fabric in half and get her six repeats that way, but if you look towards the fold side for the repeats, you'll see that the repeats do NOT line up with the selvage repeats. So you have to cut the length of fabric lengthwise and then realign the repeats.
