    Very nice , I especially like the quilting in the white area's. I too am curious about the "fast patch".

    Thank you for all the nice comments! Several of you asked about the Fastpatch method. It was developed by Anita Hallock and is explained in her books: Fastpatch: A Treasury of Strip Quilt Projects; Scrap Quilts Using Fast Patch; and Fast Patch Kid's Quilts. (All are available at Amazon.) Basically you sew checkerboards, cut them apart diagonally, resew, and voila - you have a whole set of quarter square triangles completely done. So easy and fun! You can also use it to make flying geese and many other designs.
