    Oklahoma City Quilt Show 2012 ...

    well I wanted to post more pictures ..... but it wont let me .... so this is some of the pics from
    the quilt show in Oklahoma City ..... it was so much fun ... wish I could have put more pictures up maybe I will do two posts ...lol

    Great quilts, I think my favorite is "Spider Web 2" with lots of plaids. Thank you for sharing.

    It was a really great show again this year. I came away with so many ideas, and lots of inspiration. Thanks to all who worked to make it such a success.

    My favorite was the Bee Quilt..I kept going over and looking it over. =)

    we saw the bee quilt I thought I had a picture of it ....went back and looked for it and I didnt get it....... it was awesome

    Robin, thanks for sharing these amazing quilts. Now I really realize I am a novice at quilting when I see such work.But I will continue and someday I will be as good as these people are. Again thanks they are truly beautiful.

    wow..considering it was illegal to take pix at this show, you got quite a few! Did you know that the 3 ladies with the hair quilt was actually human hair....when we hung that one I said oh look, she used REAL hair and the other ladies said no, that is doll hair...and I said, look, I have been doing hair for nearly 30 years, that is human hair...then we hung the sign and they read it....grossed them right out...but I loved it!

    I guess we missed the signs saying no pictures as did about 20 others who were taking pics too ... oh well at least the board got to see what good work the ladies of Oklahoma City can do .... and what were the icicle's things hanging around ????? did you have a quilt entered?
