    Glad that you spotted that!
Now ... can you do some super-sleuthing and find out who Grandma might be? And the significance of 1935? Perhaps it's synonymous with the wedding date for the lady from whom you received the quilt?

Then add a label to the quilt with the quilt's story, and how you came to have it in your possession.
Youre right! And her daughter would know, I cleaned house for her too and she would like to know about this I bet!! So I am going to give her a call...and find out more about who grandma might be! Great idea! Thank you

Another possibility ..... are there any other names/dates? It could be a signature quilt of sorts.

Does her daughter know that you have this quilt? I hope she does not become upset when she finds out. Think it thru first before you contact her, and know whether you are wanting to return it to her at this time? or how you are going to handle such?

Our families go way back together, and I use to clean house for her too! She knows I'm a good egg and never would have taken it or anything, I had a key to the daughters house too and she had nicer things! lol
They are like family, I just havent talked to her in a long time. So we'll see...I'll think it over this weekend and take advice though.

She may know I was given the quilting supplies, fabrics, hoops and such. She is hard to get ahold of, I do know that much from days gone by.

They would do it for me. :)
