Two recent project, lapquilt and pillows
I've been working on 2 projects concurrently the past few months and now they are both ready. First is a quilt top that will be a lap quilt for my friend. This went much faster than I expected.
I would like to find a peacock feather stencil for the quilting but haven't found one I liked, so I may try to freehand something myself.

In addition, I updated the cushions and pillows in the windowbench that hadn't been changed out for over 10 years and were all faded now. It is a south facing bench that gets a lot of light.
First I tried the cathedral windows technique on a pillow. It came out alright but I found I didn't like using that technique. Also my first curved piecing and first time doing cording on the large cushions. I still have a few more pillows to applique but they aren't urgent.
