This is my third attempt...somewhere in cyberland are my other 2 efforts. It seems my machine does not want to be made public.

My she is a pretty machine.

That's not a machine, that's a piece of art!! 'course I'd say that about a Jaguar car, too!

    Congrats!

Wow - that is an electrified Red Eye. I am jealous. I have a cabinet for a Red Eye that belonged to my GMIL that my husband is restoring and I am thinking about sending it to Billy to have his way with her. She is georgeous. Enjoy her and use her well. I would have the electric checked to be sure though.

She was made in 1919 according to the serial number. No I do not use her. I was thinking of donating her to my LQS to use in a display of old machines, I am now thinking twice about that.

If you decide to donate her, why not a local historical society?

You should use her. She can take it. They don't make them like they used to. She'll just hum for you. Maybe you could "lend" her to your LQS for their display window for a period of time.

Oh she is beautiful...I would definitely not let her out of my sight if it was one of mine. I agree, use her, they are much happier when they are kept in work. Thanks for posting.
