I remember when blue and mauve were THE colors. Back in the 80's. Looks very nice.

Wonderful job I don't think most of the people posting replies realize this was a single piece of fabric with the wedding ring pattern printed on, what used to be called "cheater quilts". Your pictures show that the quilting can really camouflage that this isn't pieced at all but a single piece of fabric. Did you use rulers to quilt the rings or freehand? If freehand, wow you did a great job on it! If rulers same thing, especially if it was printed off.

Thanks for your comment Feline, I was thinking I was "off" on thinking it was a cheater. Regardless, it came out beautifully with the awesome quilting.

Nice save on that one! Your quilting sure enhanced the pattern printed on that fabric.

This looks like "cheater fabric", which is different from a whole cloth. Nice job quilting "in the ditch".

I can't detect any problem with the print, and by following the circles as you did, you really enhanced the effect impression that it's pieced rather than whole cloth. Nice work.

You did a lovely job on quilting the whole cloth. You created a darling memento for your friend.
