Wonderful quilt that will be loved by your neighbors. I can see why it would make you dizzy quilting but it turned out beautiful. You did so good on the quilting.

Isn't it like a great quilter to notice something that no one else would except may a judge in a quilt show. I always go by the adage "the only perfect quilter is God" . Don't be hard on yourself. This is a stunning and very difficult quilt to make because of the illusions that are created while working on it. Great job!

Great panto for this quilt pattern. No one would have noticed the 2 missing pieces if you had not pointed it out. Being quilters, it becomes a challenge for us to find it. :-). The neighbors will not know the difference. That is something to remember......never point out what you feel is a mistake.

It is doubtful that a Judge would have noticed the 2 missing pieces. It is so minute and the Judge has so little time to look at each quilt. This would be considered a “design choice” and not an error in the piecing if they did see it.

A very lovely quilt indeed. I am sure your neighbors will feel honored and very pleased with this pretty quilt. Don't worry no one will notice the lovely imperfections you noticed.

One easy way to fix that would be to applique the correct color over those two spots. But I don't think it is really necessary. It's lovely the way it is.

Gorgeous. I can see why it gave you fits. I also have one that does that to me; I'd doubled back on stitches more than once; it was so easy to do that. Great job.

That lovely black/white/gray fabric gives real depth to the design. I can see why it would make you dizzy, but it makes a beautiful quilt. Maybe write or embroider the couple's names in the "extra" white spaces? Or not. No one but you will notice unless you point it out.
