    For those of you who are interested in the pattern and the Block of the Month, it was designed by gal288, a member of this board, and it is posted at http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-97786-1.htm (original thread) and the second block is posted at http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-105888-1.htm
    There are lots of pictures on those threads of people's blocks to look at - they are all the same pattern, just different fabrics and techniques.

    Yours are really different and uniquely colored - I like them.

    Funky is fabulous. I just love applique and yours is spectacular. I've made a small Baltimore Album quilt in a class with Mimi Dietrich. Took me forever, but it's one of my favorites. Love this variation in fabric. Can't wait to see the finished quilt.
