I've never done a jelly roll race but your jelly roll looks to be a perfect combo of colors and prints. Love it.

i made a quilt for my cousin out of the same jelly roll!!!
i added a sailboat in navy, lightblue sail, brown mast and a timy red flag at
the top. i put it down by the front door, and they cleaning lady took it out to
the dumpster. i didn't realize it till the next day. what a heartbreak.
your quilt is pretty and pleasing to the eye. i didn't have the exact fabrics, but very close, it was a jelly roll too.

Ouch! I would educate the cleaning lady as to what is trash and what isn't. She could have asked. sigh.

oh no! Was it in a plastic bag? I have been cautioned never, ever, to put a quilt in a plastic bag cuz then it just looks too much like it could be garbage waiting to go out. I know those plastic garbage bags are just so handy to place quilts in when they are going to be given to somebody. I try and use a gift bag or pillow case and maybe stick a pretty bow on it. I have heard terror stories of show quilts being tossed cuz they were in a plastic bag.
