Mt mom helped my 1st grade class do this many years ago for my teacher. We had all made hand print blocks and signed them. Last I heard all these years later she still had he quilt from one of if not her last year teaching! Boy would i like to see Michael and my hand prints!
Great job with yours Henry! The kids will fondly remember doing that for you as much as you will enjoy looking at it over the years!

Henry,
That is an amazing quilt. I love the colors...well done. How lucky you are to have the love and admiration of the children you teach. We hear so much negativity on the news about school children these days that it is wonderful to see something so positive and joyful. Thanks for sharing.

Absolutely gorgeous! Now this is what makes memories! Enjoy! (And good luck on your new job- stuck in a library all day- with books! I'm envious!)

What a great way to remember these kids by. I'm sure that you will look back on this quilt many years from now and remember all of these amazing children.

It looks great, I love the way you cut the art work from the natural background and stuck it on bright squares.

How many quilts are you going to be able to do? Love the way you set them into your blocks.
