It will never be noticed by anyone but you and if you can live with it leave it, if not fix it. I've found mistake in the midst of quilting and took it out but it was a glaring one, I have no idea how I missed it till then. Yours would have to be pointed out, I had to really look to see what you were talking about. It's a great quilt.

Once I spot a mistake, I have to fix it.. unless it is already quilted.. once quilted then I don't go back.. but before that time, yep I fix it.. the time I spend to fix a problem is much less agravating than than looking at it wrong! Besides, what else are you going to do, just start working on another quilt... so I say, fix it, you'll be happy you did once you get started.
