If you don't want to buy clear ornaments and have some old glass ornaments that look awful and are ready to throw them away. put a little clorox in a bucket of water and let them soak and then take a pipe cleaner and stick in the inside and all that stuff will come out rinse and let dry. You will have perfect clear ornaments to do whatever you want to do with them.

That's so pretty! I've done the stained glass paint w/irridescent glitter dizzled inside before but never snippets! I'll have to start saving them for next year. And I'll have to make sure I hit the stores right after Christmas to get some clear ornaments on clearance.

Yes, our local QS, 'The Door Mouse,' has a BIG jar of "Jelly" as well, which is where I got my idea to save them. Thus --- "Jelly Balls" :-D I was to go to a class there today and I was going to take one with me but it's canceled because of the weather.

My quilting friends got tired of saving them, I hope this will maybe get them to start saving them again. :?:
