How nice. That's a group I'd like to join. Some hand quilters. The quilt you're are working on looks beautiful.
Around here they look at you like you're nuts when you say, "I hand quilt most thing". I was told in one quilt shop where I went to purchase something, "don't say that four letter word".
Another shop I went into, didn't have ANY hand quilting thread and told me it was all the same. NOT!

That quilt you guys are working on is absolutely beautiful. Did someone in the group make it or is it one you are doing for hire?
I machine piece and quilt most of my quilts but love hand pieced and hand quilted quilts. I had one last year that I was hoping to get hand quilted at Oak Grove, but their waiting list was over a year. Next time I have one I want hand quilted I may check with you to see if you can put me on the schedule.

The quilt we are working on was made and partially quilted by the mother-in-law of the lady sitting on the right in the picture over 56 years ago. She put it up and never finished it. When she found out Donna was learning to quilt and had joined with us she gave it to her. We can hardly wait to finish it. Donna will get it cleaned as it does have some discoloration, we are hoping it will be ok. The lady did some excellent work on it and we all think it is beautiful.
PM me anytime you would like for us to quilt for you, we will be glad to.
