Gorgeous! I've never seen one done in a sort of 'round the world' layout; great idea and beautiful results.
My first quilt was Cathedral Windows, but I machine quilted it on my old Singer. Hats off to you.

Did you say 6 months? No way! I don't want to think of the pain: it sounds horrid. I wear my thimble so much that I forget I have it on then go off and lose it. When I get to a Walmart, I pick up 3-4 at a time. lol
Your cathedral windows is absolutely stunning. I don't see myself starting such a project much less finishing in 6 month. What a success story!!!
