There is a lot of this fabric on Ebay too. Some in different styles also.

Didn't have a pattern and it's applique. I just cut out the dolls and appliqued to off-white fabric.

I just ordered two sets off ebay for $5.75 plus $3.00 shipping. I have two greaat nieces that I will be making these for.
