Paper Pieced Christmas Coasters for Gifts

I just couldn't stop making these little coasters. A couple of the patterns, I got off the internet, free. A couple of others, out of paper piecing books. They are really fun to make, however, they take more time than you think. I hope everyone will like them - they are for Christmas stocking gifts...

Love the apple. I made a mug rug for my teacher daughter with an apple on it but not with the bite taken out. Could you PM me as to where you bought or found the design?

Very cute! I think maybe people will understand how much work went into them. So detailed!

Wonderful and I know they take a lot of time. I made mug rugs and I used a 'cheater' by making the backing an inch larger all the way around and then brought it to the front like a regular binding. I love paper piecing, but didn't do that with mine.

They are really cute! I started to do that for some of my gifts, but after the first one I decided it was just going to take too much time. These small things are sooooo time consuming! Enjoy

WOW, you certainly did make a lot, but I'm sure they will be well received by friends and family. My daughter would love the airplane coaster, since she and her hubby both work at an airport.
