I did one. The thing I liked about this it is so striking in person. The picture doesn't do it justice. I like the dark border you put on that. I have thought about using glue to match each section. Have you tried that? I got the idea from the "tips".

It's beautiful...I just love daffodils! I think my last one has finally faded away in the garden...now the perennials are starting to pop up!

Hmmm. No need for glue if you pin correctly. In tricky areas I baste the sections together first so that if I need to rip them out it's easy. If they match perfectly I go over the basting with normal stitching.
