    I paper pieced this quilt as an autograph quilt for my nephew. He is in the band and blue and gold are the school colors.
    I used the foundation paper that you can leave in the quilt. OK for this but I would never use it in a quilt to be used as it makes a 'rustling' sound.

    has it been washed yet? maybe it "melts" when it's washed

    I did wash it and line dry it before I gave it to him and it still rustles. It is OK for an autograph quilt, but it would really annoying me if I tried to cover up with it.
