Paperback Book Cover

I don't really have a pattern, my SIL had one when she was here on vacation, i said to myself (self) you can make this. I spend alot of time at dr offices for hubby so this will work. If i knew how to do a tute i would, i just measured my book (add enough for the flap) and added for seam allowance. there are 2 layers with batting in between, sewn with right sides together, leave opening and turn, then added the handles, the closer was a last minute think with snaps. don't do what i did, sew your handles on before you lap it over for the pocket.

ROFL - This reminds me...I used to use a cover for my books when I read and my DH told my friends I have been reading the same book forever. Guess you could look at it that way. I wish I had this pattern or you sold them. Hint..Hint... Thanks for sharing.
