I bought the eagle kit from Toni Whitney at the Chicago International Quilt show in April of this year. This eagle just had to have a patriotic background. So when I received my EQ7 update in June I designed this quilt to showcase this fabulous eagle. Recently another member posted her soarin' eagles quilt and I promised her I would post my quilt as soon as I finished the top. I can't wait to see how my longarm quilter top quilts it! Sorry about the angle, I wish I had a way to hold up this quilt so you could appreciate the whole quilt at once.

Awesome job! Don't worry about the angle - we appreciate it just the way it is.

How is the Eagle put together? Is it just one piece appliqued?
