Very, very pretty. The colors are beautiful, and I admire you for quilting 'as desired'.

k3n, I made a OBW with that same peacock feather fabric! My 21 yr. old son chose that fabric for his wall quilt. I had bought it prob. 5 yrs. ago and just happened to have enough of it for a OBW. It was the second OBW I've made. It's amazing when you look at it, that the purple background really pops out in the OBW method. I fmq in a tan thread to pick up on the metallic gold in the print. There are those feathers again. My quilt has a narrow gold border, then a wide purple batik border with purple fmq feathers on that. You and I must think alike as this is the second fabric print we've both used to make a quilt!

Thanks everyone! I am LOVING this quilting lark! LOL (note to self - put in the pile to HIDE from Terri! LMAO)

FWL - please post a pic of that, I'd love to see it. It never ocurred to me that this fabric had OBW potential as the print is small and fairly muted. I only got a yard!

Very very nice Kathryn, and good job on the quilting, lots of variety, well done.

Fireworks - you just have to stop following Kathryn into quilt stores LOL
