Quilt is lovely and the maker is as well!! It so nice, you had such good thoughts of your distance friend. I have such a friend. We have been friends for 50 yrs. Once we had a 10yr. span, When we saw each other it was like it yesterday that WE had our last conversation. You are blessed when you have such friend! Tinker

Lori, great looking quilt and I love your colors. I'm sure the recipent will love it too as I know you made it all with love. I've got one on my "TO DO" list for this year too but I bought a kit from the local fabric store just because mainly of the price and the fabrics were perfect for the recipent I have in mind. Now I want to get started on it now that I've seen yours.
Did you quilt it yourself too and if so on a longarm or regular machine? I'm amazed at what these folks can do on a regular machine, such talent.
Thanks again for showing us yours.

Thanks! I did it myself on my 13" Bailey Home Quilter (mid arm I'd guess it's called). Last years anniversary present (35 yrs). I know your recipients will love your quilts as well. Glad we reconnected on here!
