Oh, wow! That embroidery looks beautiful. I'm still learning how to use the machine I got from my mother. It only has a 4x4 frame, so I'm limited on design. LOVE that quilt.

I'll visit the 'hood when I get a little further on another project I am working on. Lots of stars.

Thank You SulaBug, They are just somtihing that I have been playing with, I have purple monkeys on the machine right now, They are sure cute. One say I mgiht even make some door nob hangers to go with them. kids old and young love them, had company here on the first and they all took some home with them, more company coming, for sure loose a few more.

I am pretty sure that one would fit in your hoop Ducky, if you ever need help, just yell or yodel or whatever ducks do to get my attention.

So the templates are almost done, I have to rehoop the tear away to do the lizzard next.

I am struggling with what to mark the quilt with, I can't find the chaulk and local store didn't have any. I have no magic disappearing purple marker. And if the sun was out I would go bake for a few min to see if that helped with it all. Ther eis a bit of sun but it is not warm by any sense of the word. I am running aorund in a sweatshirt.

THe pencil toppers are done, I snipped all the ends etc this morning and tossed them onto the pencils, I think I got carried away, but they were fun.

The pencil toppers are really cute and I love your quilts too! Is your daughter interested in quilting or do you have to bribe her? LOL And great fabrics for OBWs - can't wait to see the results!

Both girls are sort of interested, I try to make sure I have time for when they want to do it, I will have to take a picture of the pillow that my oldest did for me for my birthday and what the wee one is working on right now. My son has been known to sew and stuff a bit as well.

I do bribe the oldes tto come and press and stuff for me once in a while. Makes things go faster if you have someone doing the odds and ends like cutting the chained pieces apart.

One of the extras that hangs here a lot is sort of interested as well so I am looking to find the stuff to do the train that is on the fron of a kids quilt mag that she wants.
