    I finished this top today. Plan to send it out to LAQ soon.
    I made some of these 8 or 10 years ago but hadn't done any since. I had to dig out my Beth Reynold's Stack and Whack book.

    Looks like you chose a great fabric for your stack and whack because you got some really great affects going in those blocks. Would love to see a picture of the original fabric if you have any left unwhacked ;)

    It is gorgeous. I think I have the fabric you used. Might be something I will do with it. Very pretty quilt. Whoops I see it is pheasant not peacock feathers. Inspiring. I just did one with owls and posted it here recently.

    No--it really is peacock feathers--I went back and changed my message when I realized I'd said Pheasant instead of Peacock! This is the sum total of what I had left of my piece of fabric!
