Wonderful to have two weeks off from work and plenty of time to do what I want to do!! I was working towards a braided rope theme, hope you like it! If not, let me know, I've still got plenty of time to change it out.

I love the beautiful center, the red border, the tan border and the black and red border, but not so fond of the green, blue and tan border. Sorry! There is tan and blue in the quilt, but even if the green was a different color, I think the braid is so bold that it takes away from the center. Just one person's opinion, it's your quilt and you have to do it the way you like it.

I really like the great idea of a braided border. It pulls out the greens and subtle blues that are in the center. Good job.
