    The buttons come with the pattern. I work at Deb's Flying Needle quilt shop in Stephenville, Tx.. We have a few patterns and extra buttons for other patterns. Check out the website at www.debsflyingneedle.com

    It's a kit. Buy your own fabric, the buttons and the pattern is the only thing in the kits.
