We can certainly tell that he loves it and, of course, that is no surprise. It is a wonderful quilt.

That is wonderful! Where ever did you find Train fabric like that. If my uncle was still alive I would have made him one like that. He was an engineer.

I am hiding this thread from my sister, as she had a carotid endarterectomy a couple of months ago... and I could not be as creative (or thoughtful) as you have been. It is a great quilt and a brilliant use of the train fabric.

What a fabulous quilt! My brother works for a railroad and would love something like that. Where did you happen to find the train panels?

what a wonderful thing for you to do for him, and what a terrific smile he has. I am assuming all went well with the heart stuff and he is recovering well. I sure hope so. Love the quilt. You did a wonderful job.

I love the placement and colors in this quilt. I always have trouble figuring out a pleasing layout. This is lovely.

Trains must be in the genes, my father built an elaborate train setting, my brothers and their sons have been train fanatics, one brother is a engineer(mechanical) for a train company in Chicago.

I love the arrangement of the panels! Your brother's cute too - is he single?
A fabric stash is always missing that one fabric needed to finish the quilt on which you're working.
